Carol English, the friendly voice behind the phone, has been the office manager and secretary since 2005. Carol is the go-to lady for much of Universal Roofing’s daily operations.
The Universal Roofing management team is involved or has been involved in several roofing organizations such as the National Roofing Contractors Association, Roofing Contractors Association of South Florida, and the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association.
